ATTENTION: This login is distinct from your membership login. IBA’s Virtual Hub login will be the email address you use to register. Don't know your password? No worries! Reset your password to gain access.

You can click here to request a password reset using the email address with which you registered. 

You will receive an automated email asking you to reset your password. This email may take couple of minutes to appear in your inbox, please refresh your inbox and check your spam filter. If you do not receive a reset email, you can reach out to IBATech@SegmentAgency.com. Please include your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your registration.

All registered attendees will receive a link to access IBA’s On-Demand Learning Hub. If you did not receive the link, you can check your registration status by requesting a password reset using your company email address. Every registered guest will have an IBA Hub account, even if someone else registered you. If you do not receive a link to reset your password, you are likely not registered for the event under that email address.

If, for some reason, you should be registered and are not, please reach out to our staff info@independentbeauty.org. 

While we'd love to have them, they will need to purchase the on-demand recordings. The virtual conference is open to anyone, so feel free to have them register here
