Amy Ethier is the Global Regulatory Manager for the Beauty & Care business at dsm-firmenich. In this role, Amy leads regulatory strategy and supports the commercialization of innovative ingredients for cosmetic, personal care, and OTC applications across North America.

Prior to joining dsm-firmenich, Amy held positions in Regulatory Affairs, Technical Service, and Technical Marketing with suppliers serving the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Amy earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where her research focused on sustainable chemistry and scalable manufacturing processes.

Her professional interests lie at the intersection of strategic regulatory affairs, analytical methodologies, and ingredient functionality, with a particular emphasis on supporting the development of innovative personal care and OTC formulations.
