Juliana Kogan is an International Trade Specialist in the Office of Consumer Goods (OCG) at the International Trade Administration (ITA) in Washington, D.C., where she works to strengthen the competitiveness of U.S. consumer goods industries, including cosmetics and personal care products. She builds and maintains relationships with industry trade associations and individual companies, and collaborates with interagency partners, including USTR, the State Department, USDA, and the Treasury's Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), to address and prevent trade barriers affecting U.S. exporters.

Prior to OCG, Juliana worked in ITA's Office of Trade Agreements Negotiations and Compliance, supporting USTR on bilateral, regional, and multilateral trade negotiations and leading efforts on trading partner compliance. Before joining the Department of Commerce, she worked at McLarty Associates, a boutique geopolitical risk consulting firm, where she advised U.S. companies on navigating trade barriers and complex regulatory environments.
