Jason Bergquist is CEO of North American Operations at RecycleMe, the consulting division of Reclay Group International. With more than 35 years of experience in recycling, waste management, and producer responsibility, Jason brings a rare combination of operational, regulatory, and legal insight to the rapidly evolving circular economy.

His career has included leadership of commercial and municipal waste operations, material recovery facilities, and bottle bill redemption programs in Maine, New York, and California, as well as extensive work across North America, Europe, and Asia. Today, Jason advises leading brands and organizations on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), packaging compliance and transformation, source reduction, and beverage container deposit systems. He is particularly focused on helping companies translate complex regulatory requirements into practical strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and advance sustainability objectives.

Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from John F. Kennedy University College of Law.
