Sean Marshall is an attorney for the National Advertising Division at BBB National Programs where he issues decisions on cases brought by competitors or through the National Advertising Division’s own monitoring of the advertising industry in order to hold the advertising industry to standards for truthful and transparent advertising and provide guidance on claim substantiation. Prior to joining NAD, for over 15 years Sean, who has a background in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering, provided litigation and counseling services to businesses of all size with a focus on patent and other intellectual property matters.
