Shannon Choquette has been an Environmental Analyst with the Vermont Dept. of Environmental Conservation for three years. Starting as an AmeriCorps member, Shannon has worked in waste management in Vermont for nearly a decade. She played a key role in starting Vermont’s first and only expanded polystyrene foam (styrofoam) recycling program. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and the outdoors, baking, and spending time with her partner and dog.
