Julia Dolloff is the Proposition 65 Ombudsperson at the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). In this role, Julia provides compliance assistance to businesses, which includes the development of informational webinars, and guidance documents and tools. She has served in this role since June 2024. Previously, Julia worked on cannabis permitting at the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife and in a variety of roles at CalRecycle, including legislative affairs, the development of organic waste regulations, education and outreach efforts, and environmental justice initiatives. Julia has a Master of Public Policy and Administration degree from CSU Sacramento and a BA in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
