Zoran Gavrić is the Scientific Director of ERPA and founder of The Regulatory Company (TRC), where he bridges science, regulation, and innovation in chemical and product safety. With a background in Bio-Pharmaceutical Sciences and a career spanning government, industry, and academia, Zoran has dedicated over two decades to advancing regulatory toxicology and safety assessment practice, and more recently the application of NAMs in practice.

At TRC, he leads a team supporting companies in ensuring the safety and compliance of cosmetics and personal care products. He also developed PRIMS, a pioneering digital platform that connects product compliance, safety assessment, and regulatory dossier management.

Beyond industry, Zoran contributes to academic education as coordinator and lecturer of the master course Regulatory Toxicology – Advanced NAMs for Chemical Safety Assessment, fostering the next generation of toxicologists in applying modern, non-animal approaches to safety evaluation.

As ERPA’s Scientific Director and Chair of the upcoming ERPA Summit, he continues to promote dialogue between regulators, scientists, and industry toward a more transparent, science-based, and future-oriented regulatory landscape.
